Slaves

They are young, beautiful, and strong, yet they have no right to dream or to love; they face discrimination...

They are called "slaves", and among them is Adama, my best childhood friend, who has decided today to confront his past in order to understand his own story.

 

I am joining him on this perilous journey to examine the weight of that past, our shared heritage.
