“One day in my teens, I ran into Monsieur Dille, a neighbor. He later sent me an intriguing photo-message, inviting me to visit him... “behind the yellow door”. Mr. Dille was Lutz Dille, a wacky artist, now deceased, who devoted his multiple lives to a single obsession: photographing people in the streets of the world. I never responded to his invitation. I had the strong impression of having missed something... But what if today I met this Lutz Dille anyway?”
